1. Introduction
1.1 Alpha International Holding Limited (the “Company” or “Alpha International Holding Limited”) may elect to grant a benefit to the clients/customers of Alpha International Holding Limited (the “Client”) by depositing bonus amounts in the Client’s trading account, subject to certain terms and conditions as shall be determined by the Company, at its sole discretion. Such bonus amounts may not be withdrawn by the Client, unless the Client complies with the applicable conditions as stipulated in this Welcome Bonus Policy (the “Policy”) which may be amended from time to time or as communicated to the Client.
1.2 From time to time, the Company may offer additional bonus programs, which will be offered to the Client based on certain pre-defined conditions and at the Company’s sole discretion. If the Client is eligible to receive such bonus, a relevant email notification will be sent to the Client.
2. Welcome Bonus
2.1 First-time deposit bonus (the “Welcome Bonus” or “Bonus”) is available when the Client is fully registered and have deposited for the first time in their trading account. The Client will be able to use the Welcome Bonus only after the Client has traded with their deposit. The Client will get the Welcome Bonus to their trading account according to the below table:

2.2 The Welcome Bonus is still applicable for the first time of deposits. Alpha International Holding Limited may, at its discretion, decide the application of the Welcome Bonus Policy or change the Ratio of Welcome Bonus in the next times of deposits made by the Client.
2.3 Notwithstanding of Article 2.2 above, if the Client makes any additional deposits while the Client are participating in the Welcome Bonus program and the Welcome Bonus are already received, subsequent deposits will not, in any circumstance, count towards the deposit amount qualified for the required conditions of the Welcome Bonus. In any case, a Client can only receive the Welcome Bonus one (1) time for each trading account.
3. General Conditions for Welcome Bonus Policy
3.1 In order to participate in the Welcome Bonus Policy, the Client must:
(i) have the trading account approved and verified by the Compliance Department;
(ii) have accepted all the Terms and Conditions therein;
(iii) the Welcome Bonus Policy is only applicable for one (1) trading account of a Client. Alpha International Holding Limited can, at its own discretion, decide to apply this Policy for second/third trading accounts of this Client.
3.2 The Welcome Bonus shall applicable for the trade of any trading instruments provided by Alpha International Holding Limited, except for Share CFD and Crypto-currency.
3.3 For the first deposits made by the clients and upon fulfillment of all the conditions as mentioned in Articles 3 and 4 therein for the Welcome Bonus, if the Client wishes to obtain any qualified Welcome Bonus in their trading account, the Client must notify the Customer Support Department via email to the following email address: [email protected]. Notwithstanding above-mentioned provisions, for prevention of fraudulence, the Welcome Bonus is only for the clients who receive the confirmation email from the Company (“Confirmation Email”) and the Welcome Bonus will subsequently be added to the Client’s trading account within one (1) business day. In any case, the Welcome Bonus shall not be automatically applied without the prior Confirmation Email.
3.4 This Welcome Bonus Policy is only applicable for the loyal and prioritized Customer as defined by the Company from time to time. The Company can, at its owned discretion, reject reject or ignore any requirement for application of the Welcome Bonus from the Client without any further explanation.
4. Withdrawal Conditions for Welcome Bonus
4.1 The Welcome Bonus is available for withdrawal when the Client reaches the minimum required trading volume in Lot (the “Required Trading Volume”) within 30 days from the date of deposit making (the “Welcome Bonus Timeframe”) given from the Company.
4.2 In details, to be eligible to withdraw the Welcome Bonus, the Client must satisfy the below conditions for withdrawal (the “Withdrawal Conditions”) as follows:
(i) Required Trading Volume = 40% x Welcome Bonus
(ii) Any of the Required Trading Volume must be achieved within the Welcome Bonus Timeframe given from the Company.
4.3 If the Client does not meet the Required Trading Volume described above in 4.2 within the Welcome Bonus Timeframe, Alpha International Holding Limited reserves the right to remove a whole or a part of the Welcome Bonus, without any prior notice to the Client.
4.4 In this policy, Trading Volume is only applicable for the trade in the financial products including forex, stock indices, commodities. Scalping trades (less than 180 seconds) are invalid.
4.5 If the Client are participating in more than one bonus program together with the Welcome Bonus simultaneously, the Withdrawal Conditions operate as follows:
(i) a trade shall only be allocated for only one Bonus program with the prioritized application as decided by the Company;
(ii) trades placed following receipt of the Bonus are allocated towards the Withdrawal Conditions of a specific Bonus until completely fulfilled;
(iii) subsequent trades will be allocated to the Withdrawal Condition of other Bonus program (if any) once the initial Bonus Withdrawal Condition have been met in full. The Withdrawal Conditions for any Bonus programs are therefore met in chronological order. This principle applies regardless of the number of offers or bonus programs that the Client may be participating in simultaneously.
4.6 If the Client withdraws the deposits prior to satisfaction of the Withdrawal Conditions, the Welcome Bonus will be removed. For the avoidance of any doubt, profits accumulated from their own accounts or accrued from the use of the Bonus are withdrawable in full amount except for fraudulent cases as mentioned in Article 6 therein.
4.7 For avoidance of doubt, the qualified Welcome Bonus shall not be automatically applicable for the Client qualifying all conditions provided in this Policy without their email notification to Alpha International Holding Limited.
4.8 Any withdrawal of the Welcome Bonus can be carried in line with the relevant policies of the Company from time to time.
5. Dealing with loss
5.1 If the Client sustains trading losses in their account, those losses will be firstly deducted from their deposit. This also applies if the Client makes further deposits after the Client have received the Bonus.
5.2 Where the Client have incurred losses upon making a withdrawal request and prior to satisfying the Withdrawal Conditions of the Welcome Bonus, all losses will firstly be applied to their deposited funds and the remaining balance excluding the Welcome Bonus will be available for withdrawal.
5.3 If their account balance reaches zero, the Client can decide whether (i) make further deposit amount to enjoy the Welcome Bonus, (ii) notice to our broker to obtain the Welcome Bonus, provided that, however, each trading account can only enjoy the Welcome Bonus one (1) time in line with Article 4.6 abovementioned.
5.4 The Client will be able to identify at any time their trading account, level of their deposit for Welcome Bonus calculation and Bonus balance and the days available until the respective timeframe for each Bonus expires.
6. Anti-fraudulence
6.1 The Welcome Bonus shall be immediately revoked or removed from any Clients who appear to be in Abuse or have Abusive Behavior as regulated in Article 6.2. Alpha International Holding Limited reserves the right to cancel/remove the Welcome Bonus at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the offer.
6.2 “Abuse” and “Abusive Behavior” includes, but is not limited to:
(i) The opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses from a Client,
(ii) The Client by himself/herself or in collusion with others behaving in a manner that may be deemed that the sole intention is to extract the Bonus,
(iii) Trading activity patterns that suggest fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage or attempts to garner risk free profits by making use of the bonus.
(iv) The use of 1 (one) IP address for any registration or trade of more than 1 (one) trading account participating in this Policy.
(v) Other cases as decided by the Company with relevant evidences.
6.3 Further, where any single term of this Policy is breached or where there is any reasonable suspicion by Alpha International Holding Limited that the Client has acted fraudulently or has obtained an unfair or unintended advantage, Alpha International Holding Limited reserves the right to cancel any attempted withdrawal of profits, temporarily or permanently close or suspend the account(s) that have been deemed abusive, cancel any orders and all profits. Under these circumstances, Alpha International Holding Limited shall not be held liable for any consequences of the Bonus cancellation, including but not limited to cancellation of the Client’s orders and closure of positions.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Alpha International Holding Limited is the sole arbiter of this Bonus Policy and any other issue arising under any Bonus program. Exceptions to these are at the sole discretion of Alpha International Holding Limited’s management, and any decisions to this effect are final. Alpha International Holding Limited reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without any notice to the Client.
7.2 Alpha International Holding Limited will not be held liable for any losses incurred by the Client because of their trading in relation to this Welcome Bonus Policy. There is a substantial risk that the Client may lose all their initial deposit/investment.
